Recipe

Mix 3 yolks, 1 protein, greens, salt, pepper. Bake on a frying pan on both sides. Put the toasted cake on the board. Mix cottage cheese, yogurt, seed kernels, herbs and garlic. We spread the filling, wrap it in a tube.
