In the south of the Voronezh Region in Bogucharsky District in 2002, Agro-Sputnik Company was founded to produce a traditional native Russian product of wide consumption – roasted sunflower seeds.

As of today, the Company is one of the leaders in the Russian market of snack products, and it has been maintaining a new trend for the production of confectionary products made of sunflower seeds – halva and gozinaki. The products are manufactured by two factories: for production of snack and confectionary products.

For many years, our original product technology has been allowing us to produce the truly wholesome and tasty food with no harm to health. Thus, we monitor quality on a daily basis beginning with the procurement of raw materials till the date of final product delivery to our partner.

Due to steady and dynamic development of the Company, many Russian regions are provided with the high-quality and eco-friendly food products.

Today, the main activity is manufacturing of snacks and confectionary foods.

Our factory produces:

— snack food products under brands: Bogucharskie, Etalon, Relax;
— in confectionary production, halva under brands: Bogucharskie, Knyazhenka, Gratella and gozinaki under brands: Bogucharskie and Relax are presented.

Company foundation. Core business is sunflower seed processing.

Development of Bogucharskie Sunflower Seeds brands. Production is carried out so far at one site in the village of Dyachenkovo, Bogucharsky District, Voronezh Oblast.

AgroSputnik-Plus production site was built to store and process raw materials in the village of Zaliman, Bogucharsky District. Products under Etalon brand, premium sunflower seeds were released, as well as the product line of Bogucharskie brand is being expanded. The automated recording of the whole production process was introduced.

Change over to a photoelectron separator (photoseparator) that allowed us to refuse unqualified manual labour. Release of Relax brand.

Change over to Turkish grading equipment. Procedures for producing salted seeds were developed with using our own unique technology.

Procurement of a seed hulling line, release of sunflower kernels. Development of confectionary stream. Release of Bogucharskie Halva Sunflower sold by weight.

A manufacturing and storage facility of 3500 sq. m with an expected capacity of up to 1200 tons of products per month was designed and built. Launch of innovative product from Agro-Sputnik CG, Gratella Halva Cream Vanilla and Chocolate. The technology of packaging seeds into a Doy Pack with a zip-lock fastener was implemented.

Design, construction and commissioning of a separate workshop for grinding and cleaning seeds on two parallel lines. The technology for producing marble halva was worked out. Release of marble halva under Bogucharskie brand and packed sunflower halva under Knyazhenka brand. Pack rebranding for Bogucharskie Sunflower Seeds through the entire product line was completed.

Design, manufacturing and modification of an automated line for distribution, storage and mixing sunflower seeds, commissioning of a complete automated line for washing sunflower seeds and sunflower kernels.

Development of agricultural course: Tikhy Don LLC that owns field in the territory of Bogucharsky District entered the Agro-Sputnik`s structure. Release of packaged Halva Sunflower Marble under Bogucharskie brand, as well as Gozinaki in two forms of pack. For the third Relax brand of snack products, rebranding was launched. Sold in more than 60 regions of Russia.

Breakthrough in confectionary production In 2021 within the shortest periods, 8 products assorted in gozinaki and halva food products were released. The unique technology to cook gozinaki with adding sesame was verified by the experts of THE BEST PRODUCT Contest. According to the results of their assessment, Bogucharskie Gozinaki 400 g was awarded with The Best Innovative Product 2021 Award within the framework of the PRODEXPO-2021 Exhibition.
